Pesto turkey burgers

Ingredients
- 500g pack of Essential Waitrose British turkey breast mince
- 2tbsp Sacla Classic Basil Pesto or pre-prepared wild garlic pesto
- 4 Salad onions Thinly sliced
- 1 pack of Waitrose Italian-Style ciabatta rolls
- 2 Large tomatoes Thickly sliced
Method
- STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6. In a large bowl, mix together the mince, pesto and salad onions. Using damp hands, shape into four even-sized burgers.
- STEP 2
Cook the burgers in a large, non-stick frying pan for 5-8 minutes on each side until browned and completely cooked through.
- STEP 3
Meanwhile, heat the ciabatta rolls for 8-10 minutes, according to packet instructions.
- STEP 4
Split the rolls and place a couple of tomato slices on the base of each. Top with the burgers, drizzle with a little extra pesto if you wish, replace the top of the roll and serve.
