1

No distractions

You want your bedroom to be an area of serenity and calm; you subsequently need to keep your laptop and phone out of the bedroom so you can mentally switch off for the night. Making sure you clear your bedroom of clutter will clear your mind and before you know it, you'll have drifted off.

2

Breath away

Opting for a breathable fabric is the way to go. This applies to your bed linen, as much as your pyjamas.

3

Keep cool

Your body heat will peak in the evening, with a slightly cooler room helping you drift off more easily. Aim for bedding, which is temperature regulated, as this will help you stay comfortable all night long.

Exercise away

Studies have revealed that if you regularly exercise, it can help to improve how well you sleep. After working out for around 16 weeks, you will start to see results; just remember to avoid exercising for 3-4 hours prior to going to bed.
