Ingredients

  • 1 Vita Coco coconut milk
  • 115g Pumpkin puree
  • 60ml Maple syrup
  • ½tsp Pumpkin spice mix
  • Espresso strength coffee (optional)

For the topping

  • Dairy-free whipped cream
  • A sprinkle of pumpkin spice
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks

Method

  • STEP 1

    Put all the ingredients into a blender and whizz together until smooth. Pour the mixture into a medium pan and heat it over a medium-high temperature until warmed through.

  • STEP 2

    Divide between two large glasses and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice. Serve with cinnamon sticks and enjoy.
