Smashed avo and cherry tomatoes on sourdough

A vegan-friendly brunch with a cheeky kick in the garnish!

Method

  • Step 1

    Peel and deseed the avocado and smash roughly.

  • Step 2

    Toast slice of sourdough bread and butter on one side.

  • Step 3

    Spread a generous dollop of smashed avocado on top of the bread (add salt and black pepper to taste).

  • Step 4

    Place sliced cherry tomatoes on top.

  • Step 5

    Drizzle Geeta’s Mumbai Mango & Lime on top and garnish with some sliced red onions.
