Boursin Mushrooms

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  • Step 2

    Grease a baking dish.

For the filling:

  • Step 1

    Cut the pepper into cubes as small as possible.

  • Step 2

    Cut the courgette lengthwise into 4 pieces and cut out the soft core, then cut into small cubes.

  • Step 3

    Cut the rosemary leaves as finely as possible and mix with the vegetables.

  • Step 4

    Fry the vegetables in olive oil in a frying pan for approximately 3 minutes.

  • Step 5

    Flavour with pepper and salt.

  • Step 6

    Place the mushroom with the stem end up on a baking dish.

  • Step 7

    Fill the mushrooms with the filling and crumble Boursin on it.

  • Step 8

    Place the mushrooms in the oven for 15 minutes until they are done and the Boursin is browned.
