Red fireside cocktail
Perfect for a guest who can handle the heat, this warming fireside cocktail is sure to banish any winter chills
Ingredients
- 400ml Pomegranate juice
- 3tbsp Brandy
- 3tbsp Lime juice
- 1 ½tsp Tabasco pepper sauce
- a few strips of liquorice
- 4 Lime slices to garnish
Method
Step 1
Mix the pomegranate juice, brandy, lime juice and Tabasco together in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake well then strain it into 4 cocktail glasses.
Step 2
Serve with lime slices and liquorice strands.
