Pomegranate party punch
A party isn't a party without some punch - serve this in your favourite festive bowl for guests to help themselves
Ingredients
- 25ml Vodka we used Aldi's Tamova vodka
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 2 ½tsp Sugar
- 3tsp Fresh pomegranate seeds
- to top up Sparkling wine we used Freeman’s Bay Marlborough Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc
Method
Step 1
Add the Tamova vodka, lemon juice, sugar and pomegranate seeds to a cocktail shaker.
Step 2
Stir until the sugar has dissolved and then shake hard ice over.
Step 3
Pour into an ice filled tall glass.
Step 4
Top with the Freeman’s Bay Marlborough Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc.
