Ingredients

  • 25ml Bombay Sapphire infused with leftover panettone
  • 25ml Martini Rosso
  • 25ml Martini Bitter

Method

To make the panettone infused Bombay Sapphire

  • STEP 1

    Lightly toast 200g leftover panettone

  • STEP 2

    Place into 500ml of Bombay Sapphire and leave to infuse for a day

  • STEP 3

    Strain the liquid through a muslin cloth or a clean tea towel into a bottle

To make the cocktail

  • STEP 1

    Pour all ingredients into a rocks glass, add ice to the top

  • STEP 2

    Stir until the liquid is a centimetre from the rim, add more ice to ensure the glass is full and garnish

  • STEP 3

    Garnish with a toasted slice of panettone or an orange slice with a clove stud
