Step 1
To make the salsa, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste and set aside.

Heat the tortillas according to the packet instructions and place one on each serving plate. Top each with the salsa, some smokedĀ salmonĀ slices and a little soured cream and fold. Serve each with a lime wedge and a drop of Tabasco, if you fancy a spicy kick.
