Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 50 shredded kale
- 250ml almond milk
Method
Step 1
Tip the banana, oats, maple syrup and kale into a blender.
Step 2
Add the almond milk and pulse until smooth.
Step 3
Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve.
