Immune-boosting apple smoothie
Refreshingly sweet and packed with vitamins, this smoothie recipe is great for supporting immune health.

Ingredients
- 1 frozen or fresh banana
- 1 JAZZ™ Apple
- 1 carrot
- 1 orange, peeled
- juice of ½ lemon
- 1cm piece of fresh ginger
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- pinch of black pepper, to activate the turmeric
- pinch of cayenne pepper, optional
- 2 cups of water, to blend
Method
Step 1
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If you are not using frozen bananas you might want to serve it with some ice cubes as smoothies always taste better when cold.
