How to make an alcohol-free Christmas punch

Ingredients
- 50ml Caleño Dark & Spicy non alcoholic spirit a double measure
- 1tbsp Ginger cordial
- 100ml Pineapple Juice
- 2tsp Agave syrup
- 1tbsp Fresh lime juice
- Lime sliced into rounds
- Orange sliced into rounds
- Star anise to garnish
- Handful of ice
Method
- STEP 1
To start, half fill your punch bowl with ice cubes. Slowly pour your alcohol-free spirit over the ice, using a double measure for each serving.
- STEP 2
Follow the spirit with the pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, ginger cordial and agave syrup, and give it a good stir.
- STEP 3
If needed, top up with a little extra ice. Place lime and orange rounds on the top of the punch. Add a few star anise.
