Ingredients

  • 50ml Caleño Dark & Spicy non alcoholic spirit a double measure
  • 1tbsp Ginger cordial
  • 100ml Pineapple Juice
  • 2tsp Agave syrup
  • 1tbsp Fresh lime juice
  • Lime sliced into rounds
  • Orange sliced into rounds
  • Star anise to garnish
  • Handful of ice

Method

  • STEP 1

    To start, half fill your punch bowl with ice cubes. Slowly pour your alcohol-free spirit over the ice, using a double measure for each serving.

  • STEP 2

    Follow the spirit with the pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, ginger cordial and agave syrup, and give it a good stir.

  • STEP 3

    If needed, top up with a little extra ice. Place lime and orange rounds on the top of the punch. Add a few star anise.
