How to make an alcohol-free Christmas punch

This fruity festive mocktail will get the party started, all without a drop of alcohol

Ingredients

  • Caleño Dark & Spicy non alcoholic spirit 50ml, a double measure
  • Ginger cordial 1 tbsp
  • Pineapple Juice 100ml
  • Agave syrup 2 tsp
  • Fresh lime juice 1 tbsp
  • Lime sliced into rounds
  • Orange sliced into rounds
  • Star anise to garnish
  • Handful of ice

Method

  • Step 1

    To start, half fill your punch bowl with ice cubes. Slowly pour your alcohol-free spirit over the ice, using a double measure for each serving.

  • Step 2

    Follow the spirit with the pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, ginger cordial and agave syrup, and give it a good stir.

     

  • Step 3

    If needed, top up with a little extra ice. Place lime and orange rounds on the top of the punch. Add a few star anise.
