Honey and mustard-glazed roasted sprouts

Ingredients
- 1kg Brussels sprouts
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Asda classic runny honey
- 1 tbsp English mustard
- 1 tbsp Wholegrain mustard
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/425°F/gas mark 7. Trim the sprouts, discard damaged leaves and cut any larger ones in half lengthways. Scatter onto a large, rimmed baking tray, season and toss with the vegetable oil to coat.
Step 2
Spread in a single layer and roast for 10 minutes, until charred slightly. Remove the tray from the oven and toss with the honey and both types of mustard. Spread out as before and roast for a final 5-10 minutes until the sprouts are sticky and tender. Cook's tip: Make it vegan by using maple syrup instead of honey.
