Festive snapper cocktail

Not all Christmas cocktails have to be sweet... add some spice to the festive season with this fiery festive snapper


Ingredients

  • 50ml Gin we used Gin Mare
  • 10ml Port
  • 10ml Lemon juice
  • 5 dashes of worcestershire sauce
  • 3 dashes of tabasco sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Step 1

    Stir all ingredients over ice and strain into an ice filled highball glass.

  • Step 2

    Garnish with a cocktail stick of a Spanish hot pepper, an anchovy, a gherkin, an onion, and an olive.
