Festive snapper cocktail

- Serves 1
Ingredients
- 50ml Gin we used Gin Mare
- 10ml Port
- 10ml Lemon juice
- 5 dashes of worcestershire sauce
- 3 dashes of tabasco sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- STEP 1
Stir all ingredients over ice and strain into an ice filled highball glass.
- STEP 2
Garnish with a cocktail stick of a Spanish hot pepper, an anchovy, a gherkin, an onion, and an olive.
