Easy Korean beef bulgogi

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 x 250g pouch Tilda ginger & soy sticky rice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2cm fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 courgette, ribboned
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 large pinch chilli flakes
Method
Step 1
Cut the beef into thin slices and place into a bowl. Add all the marinade ingredients (soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, onion, garlic and ginger) into a small food processor and blend until smooth. Pour the marinade over the beef and mix thoroughly. Cover with cling film and chill for at least an hour.
Step 2
Preheat a griddle pan until hot. Add the sunflower oil and marinated beef. Cook on a medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Heat the rice according to the packet instructions and serve with the beef, carrot and courgette. Sprinkle over the spring onion, sesame seeds and chilli flakes, to finish.
