Ingredients

  • 1 a cup of almond Breeze Nutri+ Fibre
  • 1 a cup of chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1tsp Baking powder
  • 1 a cup of peanut butter melted
  • 1tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ a cup of maple syrup
  • ½ a cup of Ground almonds
  • ½ a cup of Cranberries
  • ½ a cup of Cacao nibs or chocolate chips

Method

  • STEP 1

    Pre heat the oven to gas mark 4 and line a small baking tray with parchment paper.

  • STEP 2

    Add all the ingredients apart from the chocolate to a food processor and mix until smooth & creamy.

  • STEP 3

    Transfer the batter to a large bowl and stir in the chocolate chunks. Then into the baking tray, smooth out so that it’s even and then sprinkle with a little coconut sugar.

  • STEP 4

    Bake for 25 – 30 minutes.

  • STEP 5

    Allow to cool completely before removing from the tray and slicing. Enjoy!
