Cinnamon Yoghurt Pannacotta with Mandarin

  • Gelatine 2 leaves
  • Cream 2 cups
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Cinnamon 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 cups
  • Del Monte® canned mandarins 1 can
  • Juice of one lime
  • Vanilla sugar 2 tsp, with pure vanilla


  • Step 1

    Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water for a few minutes. Boil cream and sugar in a saucepan

  • Step 2

    Take off the heat. Squeeze the gelatine leaves and add to the saucepan. Add cinnamon and yogurt

  • Step 3

    Stir until smooth. Pour into individual moulds and place in the fridge, leave for about two hours until the panna cotta has solidified. Pour out the mandarins. Stir together lime juice and vanilla sugar

  • Step 4

    Put the mandarins in a bowl and pour over the lime juice. Turn out the panna cotta and serve with mandarin salad
