Recipe kindly supplied by Chia Bia


  • 2 cups of Coconut milk
  • 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1tbsp Honey
  • ¼tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ a cup of whole Chia Bia seeds
  • 1 cup of granola
  • ½ a cup of fresh blueberries
  • ½ a cup of fresh raspberries


  • STEP 1

    In a large bowl, combine the milk, half of the Greek yoghurt, vanilla extract and the honey.

  • STEP 2

    Stir in half of the chia seeds.

  • STEP 3

    Blend well with a spoon and let this mixture sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • STEP 4

    When the mixture has become thicker with a gelatinous consistency, divide it evenly between 4 tumbler-sized glasses.

  • STEP 5

    Put ¼ cup of granola into each glass on top of the mixture followed by the fresh fruit.

  • STEP 6

    Spoon the remaining Greek yoghurt evenly between the glasses, placing the yoghurt on top of the blueberries and raspberries.

  • STEP 7

    Add some blueberries and raspberries to each glass, and sprinkle the remaining chia seeds on top.
