Chocolate bark

Ingredients

  • 180g 70% Dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Coconut or grapeseed oil
  • 15g Freeze-dried berries (crushed)
  • 35g Pistachios (chopped)
  • ½ tsp Sea salt

Method

  • Step 1

Line a 44×30cm (17¼×12in) baking tray with baking paper. Combine the chocolate and oil in a heatproof bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Continue microwaving in 30-second bursts, stirring after each, until smooth.

  • Step 2

Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared tray and spread evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle the crushed berries, pistachios and sea salt on top.

  • Step 3

Refrigerate for 1 hour, uncovered, until set, then break into chunks. For festive gifts, wrap the chocolate chunks in small bags tied with a ribbon.
