Ingredients

  • 1 part Chambord
  • 5 parts Red wine
  • 1 part Lemon juice
  • 1tsp Sugar
  • 3 Raspberries
  • Slice of lemon, studded with cloves

Method

  • STEP 1

    Crush raspberries in a wine glass with sugar.

  • STEP 2

    Add Chambord, wine, and lemon juice.

  • STEP 3

    Top with hot water and garnish with the studded lemon slice.
