Campari starry spritz

This simple festive spritz uses puts a Christmas twist on a cocktail classic - Campari.

  • Ice 2 large handfuls
  • Campari 125ml, (4fl oz)
  • Pomegranate juice 125ml, (4fl oz)
  • Prosecco or sparkling wine 300ml, (1/2 pint)
  • Pomegranate seeds 1x80g pack
  • Mint 4 sprigs, to garnish


  • Step 1

    Divide the ice between the 4 glasses.

  • Step 2

    Pour equal measures of Campari into each glass, top with pomegranate juice then fill to the top with prosecco.

  • Step 3

    Stir and garnish each drink with the pomegranate seeds and a mint sprig.
