  • ice
  • 125ml Campari (4fl oz)
  • 125ml Pomegranate juice (4fl oz)
  • 300ml Prosecco or sparkling wine (1/2 pint)
  • 80g pack of pomegranate seeds
  • 4 sprigs mint to garnish


  • STEP 1

    Divide the ice between the 4 glasses.

  • STEP 2

    Pour equal measures of Campari into each glass, top with pomegranate juice then fill to the top with prosecco.

  • STEP 3

    Stir and garnish each drink with the pomegranate seeds and a mint sprig.
