Berry antioxidant frappé

Ingredients
- 100g frozen mixed berries
- 1 tsp acai powder
- 200ml unsweetened oat or almond milk
- 1 tsp flaxseeds
- ½ banana or 1 Medjool date
- 1 scoop unflavoured protein powder
- a few whole berries and fresh mint (optional)
Method
Step 1
Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Adjust with more oat or almond milk if needed.
Step 2
Pour into a glass and serve chilled.
Step 3
Top with fresh mint and a few whole berries, if liked.
