Berry antioxidant frappé

Ingredients

  • 100g frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tsp acai powder
  • 200ml unsweetened oat or almond milk
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds
  • ½ banana or 1 Medjool date
  • 1 scoop unflavoured protein powder
  • a few whole berries and fresh mint (optional)

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Adjust with more oat or almond milk if needed.

  • Step 2

    Pour into a glass and serve chilled.

  • Step 3

    Top with fresh mint and a few whole berries, if liked.
