Taking place between the 21st and 22nd June, this year’s Prime Day event will see the largest number of deals in the shopping event’s seven-year history, with two million deals across all Amazon departments including homeware and furnishings.
To celebrate the occasion, we decided to round-up the best homeware deals from the event, so you can get your hands on some bargain furniture and accessory finds.
Whether you’re looking to update your home office, living room or bedroom, here’s our pick of the best deals from Prime Day 2021.
What is Prime Day?
Amazon Prime Day is an annual shopping event where online retailing giant Amazon offers millions of deals to Amazon Prime customers. Prime members have a chance to get major discounts across all departments, including furniture and home decor.
When is Prime Day 2021?
This year, Amazon Prime Day runs between 8am on Monday 21st June and 23.59pm on 22nd June. New deals will launch throughout the full 48 hours of Prime Day.
Can I get Prime Day if I’m not an Amazon Prime member?
If you’re not a Prime member, you can participate in Prime Day by joining Prime or starting a 30-day free trial at amazon.co.uk/primeday. This will also get you access to fast delivery and benefits like Prime Video and Prime Music.
Prime Day is one of Britain’s biggest online shopping events, making it a great opportunity to spruce up those areas of the house that need a little TLC. Here’s a selection of our favourite furniture and home decor pieces in the Prime Day sale right now.
Best furniture deals
Movian Rom Round Coffee Table
This sleek gold and marble effect coffee table will make a great addition to any living room. Its generous size makes it perfect for styling decorative trays or stylish coffee table books, and it comes with a handy two-year warranty.
Industrial Console Table
No stylish hallway is complete without a console table, and this one from Amazon brand Rivet King Street is beautiful as well as practical. We love the stream-lined metal frame and the warm walnut finish, but our favourite feature has to be the handy hidden compartments underneath the glass top – they’re perfect for storing odd bits and bobs like keys.
Movian Martin Geometric Bookcase
This geometric bookcase would make a perfect addition to any productive home office – it’s great for neatly storing all your books and boxes of paperwork. Thanks to its matte black metal base, it’ll slot seamlessly into any contemporary or industrial style interior scheme, and it comes with a 2 year warranty.
Hallway Storage Unit with Mirror
You don’t have to be an interiors enthusiast to know that even the most stylish of hallways can be ruined with mountains of clutter, so opting for efficient storage is a must. We love this unit from the Amazon Basics range because it provides ample storage without looking bulky. The mirror feature is especially great for compact entryways – it’ll bounce light around the space making it appear larger.
Best home decor deals
Moroccan Blythe Area Rug
If you’re looking to make a boho statement, you can’t go wrong with a Moroccan-inspired rug. This particular one has been specially designed for high traffic areas in your home so it’s super hard wearing – simply maintain it with regular vacuuming, spot treating any mild stains with carpet cleaner.
Flannel Duvet Cover Set
If you’re looking to update your room on a budget, a new bedding set is one of the easiest and most cost effective ways to refresh a space. Although this chic flannel duvet set comes in a number of on-trend colours, our favourite version has to be the grey – try pairing it with blush pink accessories for a sophisticated, soothing feel.
Scandi-style photo frames
If your walls are looking a bit lacklustre, why not refresh them with some new wall decor? These Scandi-look frames are great for creating a gallery wall, but look equally good styled individually. Fill them with black and white photographs for a contemporary display.
