Here's how to transform a tired picture frame into a bright photo holder
If you've been looking for creative ways to display your photographs around your home, here's how to make a unique wirework frame.
Sand down the frame and wipe away any dust. Paint a white base coat and allow to dry. Apply a top coat of your chosen colour. Leave to dry fully. Apply a second coat of paint to the frame, if necessary.
Once the frame is dry, turn it over. Mark your pin placements into the groove on the back of the frame, spacing them evenly around the frame and symmetrically. Hammer the map pins into each marked point.
Secure one end of the wire around a pin, then wrap around the head of the pins and link together to create a web. To create a geometric pattern, wrap the wire horizontally and then diagonally, keeping the wire as straight and taut as possible. Use binder clips to attach your photos.
